📝 Could my child benefit from OT?
This free checklist is designed for parents who are wondering whether occupational therapy might help their child. Read through the signs below and note which ones feel familiar.
How to use this checklist: Read each statement and consider whether it sounds like your child regularly (not just occasionally). There are no right or wrong answers — trust your instincts.
This is not a diagnostic tool, but it can help you identify patterns worth discussing with an OT. If you recognise signs in 3 or more areas, we recommend booking a free chat with our team.
